Rotangy er en fransk kommune med 220 indbyggere i départementet Oise i regionen Hauts-de-France. Kommunen ligger i arrondissementet Beauvais og er en del af Communauté d’agglomération du Beauvaisis og kantonen Saint-Just-en-Chaussée. Den af de her ikke nedlagte skinner fra den nedlagte jernbanelinje fra Amiens til Beauvais gennemskårne kommune ligger ved vandskellet mellem Somme og Seine på højderyggen Plateau Picard cirka fire kilometer syd for og umiddelbart grænsende til Crèvecœur-le-Grand. Flere vindmølleparker ligger lige uden for kommunegrænsen.
