Bonneuil-Matours er en fransk kommune med 2079 indbyggere i departementet Vienne i regionen Nouvelle-Aquitaine. Den tilhører arrondissementet Châtellerault, kantonen Chauvigny og kommuneforeningen Pays Châtelleraudais. Indbyggerne kaldes Bonnimatois. Bonneuil-Matours ligger ved floden Vienne omtrent 20 kilometer nordøst for Poitiers. Bonneuil-Matours grænser op til nabokommunerne Vouneuil-sur-Vienne mod nord, Monthoiron mod nordøst, Archigny mod øst og sydøst, Bellefonds mod syd og sydøst, La Chapelle-Moulière mod syd og sydvest, Saint-Georges-lès-Baillargeaux og Dissay mod vest samt Saint-Cyr mod nordvest.
