Borgen Châteauneuf-en-Auxois, kort sagt Châteauneuf, er en spornborg i den navngivne by i det franske departement Côte-d’Or. Anlægget ligger på plateauet af en 475 meter høj klippe omkring en kilometer øst for Canal de Bourgogne og dominerer landskabet i Auxois. Den betragtes som et af de bedste eksempler på burgundisk militærarkitektur fra senmiddelalderen og blev brugt til at sikre den omkringliggende slette samt vejen fra Dijon til Autun.
