Den romerske bro ved Vaison-la-Romaine er en romersk bybro i Vaison-la-Romaine, det antikke Vasio, i Sydfrankrig.
Den 9 m brede bro spænder over floden Ouvèze med en fri bredde på 17,20 m. Den blev bygget i det 1. århundrede e.Kr. og bruges stadig i dag. I løbet af sin eksistens har konstruktionen overlevet flere oversvømmelser, senest den store oversvømmelse i 1992. Broen har også modstået et forsøg på sprængning af tyske tropper under Anden Verdenskrig.
