Castillon-dæmningen eller dæmningen ved Castillon-Demandolx ligger i den franske afdeling Alpes-de-Haute-Provence nær Castellane. Dæmningen danner en sø på 150 millioner kubikmeter, Castillon-søen.
Den ligger i den naturlige indsnævring af Cheiron-bakken med Verdon, der løber mellem. Dæmningen, der er bygget på kalksten, er 95 m høj og 200 m bred i toppen, med en afstrømningskapacitet for oversvømmelser på 1.200 m3/s og en dræningskapacitet på 500 m3/s. Kraftværket kan årligt producere 80 GWh, hvilket svarer til en gennemsnitlig årlig effekt på 9 MW.
