Savoureuse er en cirka 41 kilometer lang højre biflod til Allan i det franske département Territoire de Belfort i regionen Bourgogne-Franche-Comté. Den flyder gennem byen Belfort og dræner den vestlige del af départementet via vandløbssystemet Allan, Doubs, Saône og Rhône til Middelhavet. Indlandsområdet for Savoureuse dækker et areal på cirka 225 km². Flodnavnet stammer fra patois-udtrykket savour.
