Borgen Rathsamhausen, også kaldet Hinter-Lützelburg, er ruinen af en højborg nær Ottrott i départementet Bas-Rhin i Alsace. Den er en del af Ottrotter slotte.
Borgen blev bygget i den første fjerdedel af det 12. århundrede. I 1424 købte Heinrich von Hohenstein den af Lütelmann von Rathsamhausen. I 1477 overførte Jakob von Hohenstein borgen til sin svigersøn Daniel von Müllenheim. I 1530 blev der udført byggearbejde af brødrene Christoph og Caspar von Müllenheim, og i 1553/57 blev borgen endelig solgt til Conrad-Dietrich von Rathsamhausen-Ehnweier.
