De Ille er en nu næsten helt kanaliseret flod i Bretagne, Frankrig. Navnet findes også i navnet på afdelingen Ille-et-Vilaine. Siden kanaliseringsarbejdet tales der oftere om kanalen Ille-et-Rance. De Ille er en biflod til Vilaine, som leder vandet til den bretonske sydkyst. Rance er en flod, der strømmer mod den bretonske nordkyst. Kanalen danner en nord-syd-sejlrute gennem indlandet i Bretagne, der forbinder Rennes og Saint-Malo.
