Den i 1842 åbnede Canal de Nantes à Brest er en fransk vandvej, der forbinder Loire ved Nantes med bugten Rade de Brest. I en bestemt periode var den af stor betydning for indenrigssejladsen mellem Nantes i regionen Pays de la Loire og Brest i regionen Bretagne. Planerne blev udarbejdet under Guy Bouessel efter et forslag fra ingeniør Abeille. Kanalen løber i sin vestlige ende, i modsætning til navnet, dog ikke direkte til Brest, men kun lige nordvest for Landévennec, hvor floden Aulne munder ud i den til Brest opkaldte bugt.
