Col du Mont-Cenis er en pas, der forbinder Maurienne-dalen i Frankrig og Susa-dalen i Italien. Det ligger i Mont-Cenis-massivet på en højde af 2.085 meter. Det ligger tæt på Col du Petit Mont-Cenis, som har en lidt højere højde, men ikke kan køres. Som kommunikationsvej og for handelsudveksling blev det fra annexionen af Savoie og udgravningen af Fréjus-tunnelen primært af militær interesse, da dets omgivelser var omringet af befæstninger. Siden slutningen af Anden Verdenskrig er passet blevet et populært turiststed for vandrere.
