Bygningen af Den Europæiske Menneskerettighedsdomstol ligger i det europæiske kvarter i Strasbourg, Frankrig. Den blev designet af Richard Rogers Partnership og Claude Buche og blev færdiggjort i 1994.
Bygningen ligger på det østlige hjørne af vandkrydset, hvor Ill-floden krydses af Canal de la Marne au Rhin. Domstolen var tidligere placeret i en bygning lige på den anden side af kanalen, som blev bygget i 1965 og designet af Bertrand Monnet, J. Apriell og Papillard.
