Das Gebäude des Europäischen Gerichtshofs für Menschenrechte befindet sich im Europäischen Viertel von Straßburg, Frankreich. Es wurde von der Richard Rogers Partnership und Claude Buche entworfen und 1994 fertiggestellt.
Das Gebäude befindet sich an der östlichen Ecke der Wasserkreuzung, wo der Illfluss vom Canal de la Marne au Rhin überquert wird. Das Gericht war zuvor in einem Gebäude untergebracht, das direkt gegenüber dem Kanal lag, das 1965 erbaut und von Bertrand Monnet, J. Apriell und Papillard entworfen wurde.
