"Aubry, Passage de bac i Saint-Florent. Broen i Saint-Florent. Fra 1808 blev den nye dæmning bygget, der fører til Saint-Florent og undgår en lang omvej, enten via Fouchard-broen eller via Chemin Charnier og en færge placeret ved indgangen til Breil. Denne dæmning er delvist bygget med materialer fra nedrivningen af den gamle abbedikirke. Først sikres passage mellem de to sider af dæmningen af en simpel færge, som er repræsenteret i 1832 på en lithografi af Aubry."
"I 1840 afsluttede Joly-Leterme lægningen af en "trådbro", en lille hængebro.
Ponts et Chaussées erstattede den i 1882 med en metalbro af ambitiøse proportioner, men meget smal."
