Théâtre du Châtelet er et teater beliggende på Place du Châtelet i det 1. arrondissement i Paris, åbnet i 1862. I øjeblikket er Jean-Luc Choplin direktør, siden 2006, og programmeringen består hovedsageligt af musicalkomedier, operaer, klassiske koncerter, jazz, recitals og dans. Siden 2002 afholdes her ceremonien for César-priserne for fransk film. Théâtre du Châtelet er medlem af det Europæiske Netværk for oplysning om opera og dans.
