Vallouise er en by og tidligere kommune i den franske afdeling Hautes-Alpes i regionen Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur og har 637 indbyggere. Stedet er en del af arrondissementet Briançon.
I 1977 holdt den franske præsident Valéry Giscard d'Estaing sin Vallouise-tale om den rumlige udvikling af højlandet i Vallouise.
