Slaget ved La Rochelle var et søslag den 22. juni 1372 mellem den engelske flåde under ledelse af greven af Pembroke og den allierede flåde fra Frankrig og Castilien under ledelse af den genuesiske Ambrosio Boccanegra. Franskmændene og castilianerne formåede at besejre englænderne, og dermed fik Frankrig for første gang siden slaget ved Sluis i 1340 kontrol over Kanalens farvande.
