Bibliothèque Mazarine, ofte kort sagt Mazarine, er det ældste offentlige bibliotek i Frankrig. Grundlaget for biblioteket er samlingen af kardinal Mazarin, efterfølgeren til Richelieu og den fremtrædende minister under Ludvig XIV's mindreårighedsperiode. Mazarin-biblioteket blev i 1643 åbnet af kardinalen for lærde og dannede. Det var dengang beliggende i hans hôtel particulier. I dag ejer biblioteket en af de rigeste samlinger af sjældne bøger og håndskrifter i hele Frankrig
Det er placeret i Palais de l'institut de France, tidligere Collège des Quatre-Nations, beliggende ved quai de Conti, i La Monnaie-kvarteret i det 6. arrondissement i Paris, på venstre bred af Seinen, overfor Pont des Arts og Louvre..
