Belægringen af Toul, der fandt sted fra 16. august til 23. september 1870, er et episode fra den fransk-preussiske krig i 1870, der sluttede med byens overgivelse. Efter slaget ved Frœschwiller-Wœrth den 6. august 1870 bliver marskal Mac-Mahons hær forfulgt af tropperne fra den 3. tyske hær, der blev kommandoeret af den tyske kronprins Frederik-Frans II af Mecklenburg-Schwerin. De franske tropper trækker sig tilbage mod Nancy, Toul og lejren ved Châlons-en-Champagne. Den tyske hærs fremmarch er hurtig på grund af den svage modstand.
