Remiremont, a destination combining history, nature and modernity
Remiremont attracts visitors with its rich heritage and leisure facilities. The Tourist Office informs, advises and promotes the area, offering tailor-made proposals, guided tours, ticketing and turnkey holidays for groups and individuals. At the crossroads of three regions, the town boasts a remarkable heritage: the abbey quarter with its 18th-century palace and canonical houses, the 13th-century Church of the Ladies, the 11th-century Romanesque crypt and the arcaded Grande Rue full of stores. Added to this is the Parmont fort and privileged access to nature, with a mountain bike stadium, cinema and 30 km of greenway. At an altitude of 400 m, Remiremont combines art, heritage and relaxation in the heart of the Hautes-Vosges.
