Col Saint-Martin, eller Col de la Colmiane, er et pas i de Sydlige Alper på 1.503 meter over havets overflade, i departementet Alpes-Maritimes i Frankrig. Det giver hele året rundt vejforbindelser mellem TinéeVésubie-dalen i øst.
Tour de France
Saint-Martin-passet blev bestiget i Tour de France 1975 under den berømte etape Nice-Pra-Loup, legendarisk på grund af Eddy Merckxs fiasko og overtagelsen af Bernard Thévenet. Lucien Van Impe krydsede dette pas i spidsen 2.
Paris-Nice
Dette pas var på programmet til den 7. etape af Paris-Nice 2017, klassificeret i første kategori, mellem Nice og Col de la Couillole, besteg langs den sydøstlige skråning. Året efter var La Colmiane ved mål for den 7. etape af Paris-Nice men fra den vestlige skråning. Simon Yates angreb i de sidste kilometer, vandt etapen og tog samtidig den gule trøje, tabt af Luis Léon Sanchez.
I 2020, i den specifikke kontekst af coronaviruspandemien som tvang til at annullere den traditionelle sidste etape der slutter i Nice, var den 7. etape af Paris-Nice den sidste i løbet. 4 km fra toppen vandt Nairo Quintana etapen. Maximilian Schachmann bevarede sin gule trøje på trods af et sidste forsøg fra Tiesj Benoot i den sidste kilometer.
