Seltz er en fransk kommune med 3162 indbyggere i départementet Bas-Rhin i regionen Grand Est. Den tilhører arrondissementet Haguenau-Wissembourg og kantonen Wissembourg.
Stedet ligger ved Sauer lige ved dens udmunding i Rhinen. Cirka ti kilometer øst for Seltz, på den højre side af Rhinen, ligger den tyske by Rastatt. Afstanden til Baden-Baden er cirka 28 kilometer, til Karlsruhe 41 kilometer og til Strasbourg mod syd 51 kilometer.
