Studio of 23m² located on the 2nd floor of the Arlas residence, with elevator, ideal for families and offering a great southern exposure with panoramic view on the slopes and close to the shops of the ski resort of La Pierre Saint-Martin. The studio consists of an alcove in the entrance with 2 bunk beds in 80 cm, a living room with a mezzanine bed in 140 cm and a kitchen area and a bathroom with toilet. A ski room is located on the first floor of the residence. You take the elevator, you leave the shopping mall and you are on the slopes!
