On the ground floor, there is a shower room, separate WC, a very well equipped kitchen-living room. There is a garage for a small car, motorbike or bicycle. The property has large shaded green spaces, woods and meadows. Animals accepted under certain conditions as there are cats and ponies on site. The owners live nearby.
