I stil fra den neo-flamske stil er rådhuset blevet skabt af arkitekten Lepercq. Bygningen har gavle med skrå tag (trappeformede), cirkulært fronton, klokketårne og brug af mursten og sten. I hallen befandt der tidligere en model af et slot bygget i det 16. århundrede for at beskytte byen og det omkringliggende landskab, som blev ødelagt efter den franske revolution. Siden år 2000 har en klokke, der er placeret på facaden, spillet tonerne fra "livets vand" af Guy Béart hver time, som en henvisning til Deûle-dalen.
