For the past 30 years, Bleuforêt has been making socks and tights in the heart of the Vosges mountains, using high-quality French fabrics such as silk, merino wool, cashmere and Scottish yarn. Bleuforêt?s strengths are: in-house styling for contemporary elegance, constantly updated production facilities for impeccable finishes, and ongoing research into new materials. The on-site boutique, at 2 rue du Jumelage in Vagney, sells the brand?s new collections. Open Monday to Friday, 9am to 12pm and 2pm to 5:30pm. A factory outlet is located in Gérardmer, at 4 boulevard Kelsch (open Tuesday to Saturday, 10.15am to 12.15pm and 2pm to 7pm). Factory tours are available on Tuesdays and Thursdays (6 years and over, free up to 12 years, then 5? per person), on reservation by calling 03 29 23 45 45.
