Efter indførelsen af reformationen i Dorlisheim i det 16. århundrede blev kirken anvendt til protestantisk gudstjeneste indtil 1685, da Ludvig XIV indførte simultaneum. Bygningen fra det 12. århundrede består af et romansk treskibet, et gotisk klokketårn og et kor, der flankeres af to kvadratiske kapeller med kuppelf Tonight. Portalet og basreliefferne på korskirkens ydervægge fortjener din opmærksomhed.
Rémy-Mahler-orgelet er meget originalt, da det er inspireret af renæssanceæstetikken og alsasisk orgelbyggeri fra det 17. århundrede. Det blev skabt i 2006.
