East Putney er en London Underground station på Wimbledon-grenen af District-linjen. Den ligger mellem Putney Bridge mod nord og Southfields mod syd. Stationen ligger på Upper Richmond Road. Den ligger på grænsen til Travelcard Zone 2 og Travelcard Zone 3
Stationen blev åbnet af District Railway den 3. juni 1889 på en forlængelse fra Putney Bridge station til Wimbledon. Forlængelsen blev bygget af London and South Western Railway, som, begyndende den 1. juli 1889, kørte sine egne tog over linjen via en østvendt løkke, der forbinder Clapham Junction til Barnes hovedlinjen.
