St Michael's Mount er en tidevandsø beliggende 366 m (400 yd) ud for Mount's Bay-kysten i Cornwall. Den er forbundet med Marazion via en menneskeskabt dæmning, der kun kan passeres ved middel- til lavvande, lavet af granitsten. Øen udviser en kombination af skifer og granit.
Historisk set var St Michael's Mount en kornisk modpart til Mont Saint Michel i Normandiet, Frankrig.
Mount'en kan være Mictis fra Timaeus, nævnt af Plinius den Ældre i hans Naturalis Historia. Den græske Pytheas besøgte øen i det fjerde århundrede f.Kr.
Klippelagsudsættelserne omkring St Michael's Mount er lavet af den øverste del af en granitindtrængen i metamorfoserede devoniske muddersten eller pelitter. Granitten er i sig selv mineraliseret med et veludviklet pladeformet greisenvenesystem.
