Instow er en landsby i det nordlige Devon, England. Den ligger ved udløbet, hvor floderne Taw og Torridge mødes, mellem landsbyerne Westleigh og Yelland og på den modsatte bred fra Appledore. Der er et valgkvarter med samme navn. Kvarterets samlede befolkning ved folketællingen i 2011 var 1.501.
Der er en lille flodstrand og sandklitter, der er hjemsted for nogle sjældne orkidéarter, herunder pyramideorkidéen.
