Barrow upon Soar er en stor landsby i det nordlige Leicestershire, i Soar-dalen mellem Leicester og Loughborough, med en befolkning på 5.856 ved folketællingen i 2011.
Barrow ligger på den østlige bred af floden Soar, hvor floden tilsluttes Fishpool Brook. British Gypsum har en fabrik i Barrow, og sognet grænser op til Swithland Reservoir.
