Totternhoe er en landsby og civil parish i Manshead hundred i Bedfordshire, England.
Totternhoe er en gammel landsby i det sydlige Bedfordshire, nær Dunstable og Leighton Buzzard. Totternhoe Knolls har været en fæstning for mange folk, herunder romere og normannerne. Totternhoe Castle, der er bygget i motte-and-bailey design, blev bygget under den normanniske periode, sandsynligvis i anarkiets år, kun højen overlever. Bag højen er der et stort kridtbrud, der producerer Totternhoe Stone og moderne kalkovne.
