Totternhoe è un villaggio e una parrocchia civile nel hundred di Manshead della contea di Bedfordshire, Inghilterra.
Totternhoe è un antico villaggio nella parte meridionale del Bedfordshire, vicino a Dunstable e Leighton Buzzard. Totternhoe Knolls è stata una fortezza per molti popoli, tra cui Romani e Normanni. Il Castello di Totternhoe, di design motte-and-bailey, fu costruito durante il periodo normanno, probabilmente negli anni dell'Anarchia, solo il tumulo è sopravvissuto. Dietro il colle c'è una grande cava di calcare che produce la Pietra di Totternhoe e moderni forni per calce.
