Totternhoe ist ein Dorf und eine Gemeinde im Manshead Hundred des Landkreises Bedfordshire, England.
Totternhoe ist ein altes Dorf im südlichen Bedfordshire, nahe Dunstable und Leighton Buzzard. Die Totternhoe-Knolls waren eine Festung für viele Völker, darunter Römer und Normannen. Die Totternhoe Castle, im Motte-und-Bailey-Stil erbaut, wurde während der normannischen Periode, wahrscheinlich in den Jahren der Anarchie, errichtet; nur der Hügel ist erhalten geblieben. Hinter dem Hügel befindet sich ein großer Kreidebruch, der Totternhoe-Stein produziert, und moderne Kalköfen.
