Preston er en landsby og sogn i East Riding of Yorkshire, England, i et område kendt som Holderness. Den ligger cirka 6 miles øst for Hulls centrum, lige nord for A1033 vejen på vejskæringspunktet mellem B1240 og B1362 vejene.
Ifølge den britiske folketælling i 2011 havde Preston sogn en befolkning på 3.258, en stigning fra 2001-tællingens tal på 3.100.
