Fotheringhay er en landsby og civilt sogn i Northamptonshire, England, seks kilometer (fire miles) nordøst for Oundle og omkring 16 kilometer (9,9 mi) vest for Peterborough. Det er mest kendt for at være stedet for Fotheringhay (eller Fotheringay) Slot, som blev nedrevet i 1627. Der er ikke noget tilbage af slottet at se i dag, bortset fra højen, som det blev bygget på, der giver en fremragende udsigt over floden Nene. Nene Way langdistancevandresti løber gennem landsbyen.
