Prestbury er en landsby og civil parish i Cheltenham kommune i Gloucestershire, England. Den ligger i udkanten af Cheltenham og er en del af Tewkesbury valgkreds.
Navnet på landsbyen betyder "Præsternes befæstede sted", fra angelsaksisk preost og burh, muligvis fra et befæstet herregård, der tilhørte biskoppen af Hereford i det 13. århundrede. Bebyggelsen nævnes som Preosdabyrig i 899-904. Prestbury er nævnt i Dommedagsbogen fra 1086 som "Presteberie", en del af ejendommen til Hereford kirke, med 18 landsbyboere, fem småbønder, en præst, en rytters bekendtskab og 11 slaver. I det 13. århundrede var det blevet Presbery. I 1249 fik biskoppen af Hereford tilladelse til at afholde et ugentligt marked sammen med en tre-dages årlig messe i august.
