Rhoose er en landsby og samfund nær havet i Vale of Glamorgan, Wales, nær Barry. Det større samfund inkluderer landsbyer og bosætninger som Font-y-Gary, Penmark, East Aberthaw og Porthkerry. Befolkningen i samfundet i 2011 var 6.160.
Landsbyen er beliggenheden for Cardiff Lufthavn, tidligere RAF Rhoose. Kommercielle flyvninger begyndte i 1950'erne, og kontrollen overgik til Glamorgan County Council i 1965, hvorefter lufthavnen blev udvidet.
