Acle er en lille markedby ved floden Bure i Norfolk Broads i Norfolk, beliggende midt imellem Norwich og Great Yarmouth. Det har den eneste bro over floden Bure mellem Wroxham og Great Yarmouth. Der er en gymnasium i byen.
Sognets område er 9,46 km2 og havde i 2001 en befolkning på 2.732 i 1.214 husholdninger, hvilket steg til en befolkning på 2.824 i 1.285 husholdninger ved folketællingen i 2011. Til lokalregeringens formål falder sognet inden for området af distriktet Broadland.
