Fritwell er en landsby og civil parish cirka 5+1⁄2 miles nordvest for Bicester i Oxfordshire. Folketællingen i 2011 registrerede parishens befolkning som 736.
Parishens sydlige grænse er en å, der flyder østover gennem Fewcott og forbi landsbyerne Fringford og Godington, før den træder ind i Buckinghamshire, hvor den bliver en del af Padbury Brook, en biflod til Great Ouse. Den nordøstlige grænse for Fritwell parish er hovedvejen mellem Bicester og Banbury. På de andre sider grænses parishen af markgrænser.
