Salisbury er en katedralby i Wiltshire, England, med en befolkning på 40.302, ved samløbet af floderne Avon, Nadder og Bourne. Byen ligger cirka 20 miles fra Southampton og 30 miles fra Bath.
Salisbury ligger i den sydøstlige del af Wiltshire, nær kanten af Salisbury Plain. Salisbury Katedral lå tidligere nord for byen ved Old Sarum. Efter katedralens flytning voksede der en bosætning op omkring den, som fik et bycharter i 1227 som New Sarum, hvilket fortsatte med at være dens officielle navn indtil 2009, da Salisbury City Council blev etableret. Salisbury jernbanestation er en interchange mellem West of England Main Line og Wessex Main Line.
