Ightenhill er en civil parish i Borough of Burnley i Lancashire, England, med en befolkning på 1.975.
Siden dens oprettelse som Ightenhill Park i 1866 har parish været igennem en række grænseændringer. Den moderne civil parish inkluderer Gawthorpe Hall og strækker sig over floden Calder, hvilket efterlader bakken, den er opkaldt efter. Som et resultat betragtes tilstødende dele af Burnley, selvom de ikke ligger inden for parish, stadig lokalt som en del af Ightenhill-området. Meget af den befolkede del af parish består hovedsageligt af store boligområder fra 1980'erne, der udgør en del af Burnleys byområde.
