Lynton og Lynmouth Cliff Railway er en vanddreven svævebane, der forbinder de tvillingebyer Lynton og Lynmouth på den klippefyldte kyst i Nord-Devon i det sydvestlige England.
Lynton og Lynmouth er adskilt af en høj klippe, hvilket gør det svært for mennesker og varer at bevæge sig imellem dem. I slutningen af 1800-tallet opstod der interesse for at bygge en svævebane eller klipplift for at forbinde dem. Den civilingeniør George Croydon Marks spillede en central rolle i både designet og skaffelsen af finansiering fra sin forretningspartner, Sir George Newnes. Den lokale entreprenør Robert Jones var involveret i designet af svæbebanens innovative bremsesystem og linjens byggeri og vedligeholdelse i de første årtier af dens drift.
