St Mary's Hospital er et NHS-sygehus i Paddington, i City of Westminster, London, grundlagt i 1845. Siden det første akademiske sundhedsvidenskabscenter i Storbritannien blev oprettet i 2008, er det blevet drevet af Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust, som også driver Charing Cross Hospital, Hammersmith Hospital, Queen Charlotte's og Chelsea Hospital samt Western Eye Hospital.
Indtil 1988 drev sygehuset St Mary's Hospital Medical School, en del af den føderale University of London. I 1988 fusionerede det med Imperial College London, og derefter med Charing Cross og Westminster Medical School i 1997 for at danne Imperial College School of Medicine. I 2007 blev Imperial College en uafhængig institution, da det trak sig tilbage fra University of London.
