Globe Theatre var et teater i London, der var forbundet med William Shakespeare. Det blev bygget i 1599 af Shakespeares spillende selskab, Lord Chamberlain's Men, på jord ejet af Thomas Brend og arvet af hans søn, Nicholas Brend, og barnebarn Sir Matthew Brend, og blev ødelagt af brand den 29. juni 1613. Et andet Globe Theatre blev bygget på den samme placering inden juni 1614 og lukkede ved en forordning udstedt den 6. september 1642.
En moderne rekonstruktion af Globe, kaldet "Shakespeare's Globe", åbnede i 1997, cirka 750 fod fra stedet for det oprindelige teater. Fra 1909 blev det nuværende Gielgud Theatre kaldt "Globe Theatre", indtil det blev omdøbt i 1994.
