Saltburn Klippe Lift er en kabelbane i Saltburn-by-the-Sea, Redcar og Cleveland i det ceremonielle amt North Yorkshire, England. Den giver adgang til Saltburn Pier og kystlinjen fra byen. Klippe liften er den ældste fungerende vandbalancerede klippelift i Det Forenede Kongerige.
Saltburn Klippe Lift blev bygget mellem 1883 og 1884 for at erstatte en vertikal klippehejs, designet af John Anderson, som blev brugt til at transportere passagerer op og ned ad den stejle nordvendte klippe mellem byen og molen. Den forbedrede adgangen for turister til kystlinjen og stranden. Designet af George Croydon Marks for producenten Richard Tangye, har klippe liften en højde på 120 fod og en skinne længde på 207 fod, hvilket resulterer i 71 procent hældning. Et par 12-personers vogne, hver udstyret med en 240-imperial-gallons vandtank, kører på parallelle standard spor; ved at fjerne eller tilsætte vand til deres tanke opnås bevægelse, reguleret af en bremsemand øverst.
