Poyntzpass er en lille landsby på grænsen mellem den sydlige del af County Armagh og County Down i Nordirland. Den ligger i den civile sogn Ballymore og det historiske baroni Orior Lower inden for området Armagh City, Banbridge og Craigavon. Den havde en befolkning på 552 mennesker i folketællingen i 2011. Den var en del af valgkredsen South Armagh og er nu en del af valgkredsen Newry og Armagh.
