Glastonbury og Street jernbanestation var den største station på den oprindelige Somerset og Dorset Joint Railway hovedlinje fra Highbridge til Evercreech Junction, indtil den blev lukket i 1966 under Beeching-saven. Det var knudepunktet for den korte sidebane til Wells, som blev lukket i 1951.
Åbnet i 1854 som Glastonbury og omdøbt i 1886, havde den tre perroner, to til Evercreech til Highbridge betjeninger og en til sidebanen til Wells. Stationen havde en stor godsbane, der blev kontrolleret fra en signalboks.
