Folkington Reservoir er et 5,8 hektar biologisk bevaringsområde af særlig videnskabelig interesse sydvest for Polegate i East Sussex.
Søndebankerne af reservoiret understøtter en rig flora af kalkgræsningsområder, herunder nyre-vikke, hestesko-vikke, pyramide-orkidé, duftende orkidé og den sjældne og beskyttede hårde malv. Reservoiret selv er dækket, og den bare kalk ovenpå understøtter ruderale arter som skarlagen-primula og persille-snitte.
