Floden Dour er en kalkstrøm i grevskabet Kent i England. Den løber fra landsbyerne Temple Ewell og River, mellem hvilke der er et kvarter betjent af en station, Kearsney. Den er omtrent 4 miles lang.
Den havde oprindeligt en bred udmunding på stedet for det moderne Dover, skønt den i dag løber ind i Dover Havnen gennem en rørledning. Udmundingen var en naturlig havn for bronzealderens bosættere og handlende i området. Resterne af en bronsealder sejlende båd blev fundet i 1992, og den kan ses på Dover Museum.
