Der Fluss Dour ist ein Kreidefluss im County Kent, England. Er fließt von den Dörfern Temple Ewell und River, zwischen denen ein Stadtteil mit einer Station, Kearsney, liegt. Er ist ungefähr 4 Meilen lang.
Ursprünglich hatte er eine breite Mündung am Standort des modernen Dover, obwohl er heute durch einen Kanal in den Dover-Hafen fließt. Die Mündung war ein natürlicher Hafen für die Siedler und Händler der Bronzezeit in der Region. Die Überreste eines seefahrtauglichen Boots aus der Bronzezeit wurden 1992 gefunden und sind im Dover Museum zu sehen.
